Are these predicted grades good?

English language- A Grades already achieved:
English Literature- B Mandarin- A*
Science Additional- A Science Core- B
Electronics product- A
Geography- A
ICT- A
Music- A
Maths- A
Greek- A

Some of the subjects I think I can get A* like additional science and maths and ICT.
Are they suitable to do IB diploma, which is harder than A level?
Unless you're trying to go from GCSE's to University (which is impossible), yes, those are the sort of grades everybody dreams of achieving.
If I achieved those grades, I'd probably cry with happiness

It's not impossible. You just spend an additional year& you'd be able to catch up.
