Gf left me tied up all night, help

Ok so my 28 year old gf (I am 19) is into tieing me up during sex. Last night she did it and i couldn't get out. I felt like an animal (not a sexual reference). She just left to go Tesco or do her period as she was gone ages. When she returned, I went crazy but she simply said 'I forgot you was there babe' and freed me. I feel uneasy around her now. Should I dump her or tell a family member?

So after you both had sex, she left you tied up? Didn't you tell her to untie you? Also did she get anything for you from Tesco?
