small hole in tooth what shall I do?

I am a 28 year old woman and I have just noticed a molar tooth has a small hole in it, it does not at the moment hurt, sometimes a piece of food gets stuck but the thing is I am really scarred of dentists, shall I go and get it filled or leave as it is small, and do teeth need fillings if they are small?

If you leave it, it will only get bigger and bigger, unfortunately. Go get a filling asap.

See a dentist, dentists are now trained to minimised pain and discomfort. Its a lot easier and less eventful to get it treated before it gets worse.
