You will investigate electron transfer during respiration in mitochondria. this is my isa... I'm just confused on what I should be revising on.... Can anyone give my topics to revise on, I know mitochondria and respiration anything else?

We were told mitochondria, electron transport chain, light dependant photosynthesis with emphasis on the Krebs cycle (around succinate dehydrogenase and FAD to FADH), DCPIP as an electron accepter and why it goes colourless when reduced, the effect of other chemicals e.g ammonium hydroxide that interrupt the cycle, effect that weed killers have on other organisms, why you did parts of the experiment e.g why did you blend the matter - break the cell wall and release the organelles etc. Osmosis e.g. why an isotonic solution was used -to prevent osmosis rupturing the mitochondria, filtration and centrifugation ( that's not part of practical but good to know), sorry it's not that much to go on, revise and hope it goes okay!
