Will Questions that came up in Paper 1 come up in Paper 2 again?

Had a Human Biology IGCSE paper 1 Yesterday, topics...

( Sorry about the spelling I wrote this on a Tablet)

Malaria, name the joint of Skeleton, describe why x y and d joints are different, defrostoration, oral rehydration, name which vein takes blood away from the lungs, gas exchange, name three parts of the brain and what hormone does the pituitary gland secrete ....Nothing about pegnacay, placenta, the eye, or anything really about the circulatory system, the skeleton, the kidneys/homostatisis.... I know practical type questions will come up in paper 2but will more detailed questions above the the circulatory system come up again? I'm not really sure what to revise now... Anyone from experience know if papers 1&2 repeat themselves? I don't want to revise something that won't come up again but I dont't want to forget about certain topics which might come up again... Asked my tutor she said her guess is as good as mine's, but defiantly more practical questions will come up in Paper 2 .
