Gross Negligence - Doctors
I am working on a problem question in which a junior doctor misdiagnoses a patients condition and gives her incorrect treatment and she dies shortly afterwards. It later emerges that the doctor had been up all night at a friend's party.
I feel like i should be talking about Gross negligence manslaughter but what can I say about the partying? Is there any similar case law?
