Hey, so its heart rate times stroke volume to get the cardiac output
u found the heart rate to be 86 and the stroke volume is just max-min
so 125-55 gives 70 times 86 which is 6020

hope this helped and i have a question
is there any point in doing papers below 2009 when the speciification changes for unit 1 and unit 2?
do u think there would be any point or to just skip them ?
thaanks

Thanks! How do you calculate the heart rate at 86?
And hmm I aren't sure really, AQA have taken all the papers below 2010 off of their website (last year they went all the way back to 2006) which may be a good indicator to not do them. But if you have time, I don't see any harm in doing some later papers because most of the stuff is still in the spec, and it's good exam practice. I'm going to try and complete them all - but that's just because I like to do that for my own sanity haha, sorry that I can't be of much help

one cycle took 0.7s so in 1 min u get 60/0.7 which gives u 86
And thanks the older papers are on the AQA website under older past papers and yeah I guess if you have time it's extra practice
Thanks! Good luck
