Please help bio exam in a day!!!

So this is the question that i cant do:

During protein synthesis, tRNA molecules with the anticodon UAG attach to
the amino acid isoleucine.

Identify the DNA base triplet which codes for isoleucine.

I thought that it would be AUC but thats not what the marking scheme says. Please help with an explanation.
it's asking for a DNA triplet not the mRNA triplet so it would be TAG

But still though, shouldn't A join with T since they are base pairs?

Yes but from the tRNA

tRNA - UAG
mRNA - AUC
DNA - TAG
