Rooms for rent in brand new flat

I'm a student at avenue campus and I'm renting a 3 bed flat near the station and looking for some roommates. It's a newly renovated 1st floor flat with big rooms.
Preferably female roommates studying at avenue
Looking at between £250-£300pp a month including bills
