So Arsenal fans, despite being levels below Chelsea, will downplay the club as a whole due to having no history, a club found in 2004 apparently. In this instance, it is history that takes precedence over current affairs.


HOWEVER

When the Gooners move onto Manchester United and Liverpool, they revel in the fact that they're above them and winning more trophies. This is in contrast to the fact that we (both clubs) have much better history than them, in fact we **** all over them to the point you get people like Zürich trying to champion the FA Cup above the league :laugh: so in this case, current affairs are taking precedence over history.

If you note that the difference between Arsenal and United is a lot smaller than the gap between Chelsea and Arsenal, then the hypocrisy is clear.

You're all over the place here really.

You start with some strange rant about Arsenal fans justifiably mocking Chelsea's lack of historic success, and then fail to lick this with Utd/Liverpool.

Then you refer to the fact that Arsenal will become the record FA Cup holders if we retain it this year, as an example of Arsenal fans obsessing over history.

You are actually one of the very worst posters on here, not quite as bad as SUG, but you guys always seem to be on here which is a shame, both for you and for the forum.
