You definitely needed the ping pong procedure in the mix along with the queens role for Sound since the question specifically said include Crown role.

Enhancing mark would probably be Parliamentary Acts 1911 and 1949; and the other would be 'possible ref to different types of bills I.e. private members bill introduced by promoter'

No but I didn't explain the differences I.e which one is in which house though I did refer to ping pong procedure and parliamentary acts correctly. How much marks would I lose? I explained the procedure throughly

I did delegated legislation, Civil Courts and ADR, Criminal courts and Lay people and I thought that exam was a blessing. I feel like i did really well (Although I know I have lost a few marks on the tribunals question) I prepared for the exam so it paid off but I feel like people who didnt even revise will still have done good in the exam as it was just so easy.

Why are people always so cocky? Fair enough you thought it was an easy paper, but you never know what you might have missed out or in some circumstances if it matches up against the mark scheme. At least be humble about it and call it "so easy" once you get your results, otherwise you end up looking like a right bell end if you get a mediocre mark, lol.

what did people write for the second question in the lay people section? i think it was whats the role of a magistrate in a criminal case.

I don't think the will rise too much. You have to remember that the student room people will be at the top of the academic scale and this is shown in their willingness to find and seek out forums such as this. The majority of 17 year olds who sat this exam wouldn't have revised nearly as much as most of us did and this will be reflected in the grade boundaries, although it was certainly a nice paper. From what I heard upon exiting the exam room, some people were saying "I didn't revise that" and " I hope I got at least a d". Surely that must be the same across most of the county? Or could just be wishful thinking on my part haha
