english lit A03 question

ok in the CA, I compared the themes, by saying lady macbeth also shows a theme of blood thirst like the mysterious woman in the Laboratory. And then i went on to analyse a quote in macbeth that supported the similar themes that i meantioned. But thats the only time i used any comparitive words, would i get penalised?
