De Montfort University - 1 double bedroom available

Beautiful four bed house situated less than five minutes walk away from the university. About a two minute walk to a big tesco and narborough road. Under ten minute walk from town.
The house is on Rivers street just off of Tudor Road. The house currently has three students living in it.

Three girls who will all be going in to third year in september. We are studying, footwear design, fashion design and criminology between us. Looking for a girl preferably, but are willing to think about a guy.

The room is a very spacious double, with desk, chest of drawers, hanging up space and bedside table.

The house has two shared living spaces, shared kitchen, a shared bathroom and a fairly small but very pleasant garden. we do not mind smokers, as long as this is done outside the house (in the garden or out the front)

The costs are -
£404 summer retainer rent (this is due in july, we paid 600 last summer... this is the only issue as it is such a nice house unfortunately) (if you wish to live over summer - its the full rent amount of £920)
£920 a term ( so this is payable in september, january and may)
bills arent included, but we have come to an arrangement between ourselves to pay this in every term also, but this can be discussed.
