I'd join. From what I can tell, the more that science develops, the more the boundaries between biology, chem and physics are blurred anyway. Plus various 'applied' sciences use more than one area of science.
Just a small fact I find interesting. Aqua regis (a mixture of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid) is known as the king of acids, and is the only 'acid' that can dissolve gold!
I don't think it's right to mess about with living things like that. It's just so unnatural. It was amazing how they done it though.
Just because something is unnatural doesn't necessarily mean it's bad. Personally I think that as long as something is doe to advance human knowledge it's perfectly fine.

I don't mean to pick on you, but I've never understood people saying that "X is unnatural". What exactly do they mean?
It is unnatural to live in houses. It is unnatural to go to the moon. It is unnatural to build submarines or aircraft. Does something being unnatural make it wrong?
