standard electrode potentials

Hellew people. i been thinking too hard at somethingso simple that i've ended up confusing myself :frown:
I've been asked:-
given the following standard electrode potentials, predict:-
a)which reagents might form titanium(III) from titanium(IV)
b)which will reduce titanium(III) to titanium(II)
c) which will oxidise titanium(III) to titanium(IV)

1)Li+ + e- ----> Li -3.03
2)Zn2+ + 2e- ----> Zn -0.76
30Cr3+ + e- ----> Cr -0.41
4) Ti3+ + e- ----> Ti2+ -0.37
5) V3+ + e- ----> V2+ -0.26
6) Pb2+ + e- ----> Pb -0.13
7)Ti4+ + e- ----> Ti3+ -0.06
8)2H+ + e- ----> H2- 0.00
9) Sn4+ + 2e- ----> Sn2+ +0.15
10)Fe3+ + e- ----> Fe2+ +0.77

for a, i think it is 1,2,3,4,5,6 and for b its 1,2,3 nd for c its 8,9,10. is that correct?
