jaw problems with grinding and and feeling tense means you have not had good rest for a long time (months or even a year) and you are tense about something but your body is weak and wants to get better.
i suggest going for a really hour long walk, and do it everyday for a week, and eat lots of protien (beef ideally) like a steak, and build up. suddenly you should feel better after 2 weeks.
avoid all sugars and carbs - they will make this worse. so no sugar, no breads rice or anything. beer and alcohal is pure sugar so none of that.
