Design and Technology/Product Design?

Hi, looking into universities and what they require for me to do a Bsc Product Design Course, a lot of them require either Design and Tech, Maths or Physics.

My question is, I do Product Design, so will this do as a substitute for design and tech? Thanks.

PS, im also wondering what having pd over dt will do for my chances, how will it look on an application?

thanks again

In my college, design and tech isn't a course. It covers a variety of courses, with Product Design being one of them. I do Product Design, and I reckon that if you get a good grade in it, it will look good on your application
