Hi. I have been ill and had to give up my room and move into halls for next September, so I urgently need to offload the room I signed up for. It's a double in a great 7 bedroom house in Bonville Terrace, Brynmill. There are three guys and three girls who will be second years. Rent is £303 per month ex bills. Two bathrooms, modern kitchen, communal lounge, gas heating, double glazing, back yard, wireless broadband. Available 1st September. No retainer to pay for July/August
