Was my friend caught speeding he is worried please help
Hello I wanted to ask you. my friend over the speed limit not crazy over. There was a police car to his parked half a mile maybe more. When he seen the car he pressed the brakes and slowed way down.
he continued to drive The police car pulled and turned its car we were in the left lane. The police car flashed its lights not at us because we were in the left lane there was a car in front of the police car so it was for him.
he turned in to where we were going the police car also turned in after us and parked its car. I had to pick someone up.
The police car had a speed camera it was a BMW so the police car would have pulled him over if it had caught me correct .
The police have 14 days to send a NIP letter is that correct. I assume the police car would have just stopped us and would have given a fine there on the spot I thought only the vans give you a fine through the post
