I flunked chem1 - i need an A

Hey evry1

My circumstances are that i need 130 ums in chem 2 - which is like 10 dropping only 10 marks roughly depending on diff grade boundaries!
I just want to get as close as i can to that A - my isa grade was 42 ums and unit 1 i think it will be in range of 67-72 ums

So i have to get high on chem 2 ? is their people out their who have achieved this? if yes - I need tips on how to go about it ? with 1 week left the content is finished - but how do i make sure i only drop 10 marks in that paper???
Sorry you've not had any responses about this. :frown: Are you sure you’ve posted in the right place? Posting in the specific Study Help forum should help get responses.

I'm going to quote in Puddles the Monkey now so she can move your thread to the right place if it's needed. :h: :yy:

I can only suggest some supplementary revision material (Though don't employ these resources as a sole source of revision). There's also a fair amount of past papers which you could use to refine your written expression whilst also, potentially, learning how the papers work and the answers examiners are looking for.

Best I think is to just do past papers to see which topics you're struggling on, and if you do enough you can also spot certain things the examiners like to see, and common mistakes you make which can be acted upon. Also, examiner's reports may be helpful to you, as they can highlight errors made by many students that would be nice to know.
