Gf isn't "bikini ready"?

My gf is freaking out, because she isn’t „bikini ready”. She told me she couldn't go to the beach with me, and she meant it! What does it even means – to be „bikini ready”?! And how can I calm her down?
She doesn't feel like her body is good enough to show off e.g. her stomach isn't as toned as she would've desired it to be
Tell her you think she's gorgeous and her body looks hot.

Familiar story. Girls nowadays doesn't exercise and doesn't consider it necesarry, even if they know exactly what guys like. They just lack willpower.

I ment, they don't do it AT ALL. They knew that they aren't "bikini ready", and they aren't happy about it, but they are too lazy to do something about it.
