Because its old stock, and the brand shops sell the stuff to TK MAXX cheap.
nah actually some of it is new season old season stuff is labelled last season. its cause they go straight to the factories and haggle deals they do a weird process, some of the clothes are made specifically for them their own brands etc. but they mainly get good deals
