what's the pressure like at Uni to break your virginity/ or to have sex

*I've heard it's subtle but it builds up the more years a person spends at uni.
Hopefully you students would tell me these are just rumours otherwise...
They'll force you into a virgin-filled orgy during Freshers.
Never heard of someone's virginity being "broken" before

idk am asking uni people
No pressure. I am graduating and still a virgin (because I got on with my work)
There is no pressure at all.... It's all hyped in mmovies and American college/uni is very different to that of UK unis.
No one cares. If they do, they're interested in things that don't concern them.

I'm going to be the only idiot here giving a serious answer but here it goes:

There was no pressure at all, not everyone goes out to get with guys/girls (yes, some do obviously, but the majority of people just want to go out with their friends to have a good time as a group etc, and not to find people to take back to their rooms and have noisy sex all night (but again that happens)).

No pressure where I am. I know plenty of virgins going into third year now :smile:

I think the person meant how would anyone know that you were a virgin. They'd only know if you told them.

I would say there is no pressure/expectation to have sex, but people will be having sex around you. No-one will mind if you don't, but I guess being in an environment where people are likely to hook up/have sex might cause you to feel pressure to have sex too.
