I can bench press 180kg in a 5x10 set and deadlift 200kg in a 3x10 set

Give me 3 months of training and I could. However it would slow me down and make me weak.
If you can bench 180 then that's a disproportionately low deadlift...

Why is your bench to deadlift ratio so close?

Your deadlift and squat should increase at a faster rate than your bench.

I can bench 120kg and I can deadlift about 200kg.

It's just weird to brag about a lift that isn't outstanding. 200 x 10, will not place you top 10 in the country in powerlifting.

180 x 10 x 5 will have you on the podium for sure, only if he's over 120kg would that not be gold (even in drug untested).

Not that it actually happened lol.

Yup true. I doubt that someone who feels the need to e-stat on a student forum would have any kind of ambition to compete in PL, or in anything in life for that matter

The other way round bro, a gold medalist PL does not come to student room to troll with no evidence.

I mean there are like 5-10 people, all of which have recorded benches at that level LOL, in regulated competitions.
