Accommodation for Postgraduates provided by Hertford and Teddy Hall

Having searched and read through many threads, I haven't found much mention of specific accommodation provided by colleges.

Does anyone have any experience of:

1. Hertford College - the Graduate Centre at Folly Bridge

2. St. Edmund Hall - the graduate accommodation in 1&2 Crick Road and 17/19/26 Norham Gardens.

I've seen photos online and read through their respective websites but I'm more interested in what these places are like to live in i.e. what is internet access like? is distance from town an issue? do the residents socialise? Are certain rooms in either to be avoided?!?
