Dude.Get a sponge, put some soap on it and then scrub the plates.I'm amazed you can't wash the dishes.
You're a doctor, 26ish years old and can't wash dishes? Are you freaking serious?

I don't have a sponge.

I put all my dishes in the sink. Then i poured that green stuff in. Then I turned the tap on and it all went wrong after that.

i thought if you put the tap on really quickly then it has the same effect as using a sponge, but it doesn't.
wow, you must have lived a easy life.
here you are.

LOL I have to do this every day, hoover, garden, clean up etc

By green stuff it is called washing up liquid. Follow these instructions:

1. Put all the dirty plates in the sink
2. Fill it up with warm water but don't overflow add some washing up liquid and leave for 20 mins
3. Soak the sponge and put a small amount of washing up liquid on it
4. Then just use the sponge and the food will easly come off

Is this serious as a 10 year old could probably wash up?

How do you even do that. Like, you're just washing something. Do you not wash anything? How...do you even do that as an adult. Get in that kitchen and do it again.
