simple op-amp (Electric circuit help required)
I am studying engineering and i have to do some electrics. Does anyone knows how does this circuit works. Vcc is +9 & -9

It's a non-inverting op-amp circuit, where the gain is (Rf/Rin) + 1.
Basically it allows you to control the gain of a single input without inverting it.
