Part (b) and (c) confused me on this question, I'm not sure what to do with part (b) and I don't know how part (c) affects the mean?
for part (a) I got mode=23, median=33 interquartile range=3

and with probability what do i need to show to prove that 2 events are not independent?

They've told you the highest amount so you don't need to take the midpoint of the 50+ class.

So how do you estimate the mean given grouped frequencies?

For (c) think about the two means you have calculated and how putting them together affects the first mean.

Not independent means P(A intersect B) is not equal to P(A)P(B).
