In need of 2 flatmates!

Basically, me and my friend, who will both be studying Fine Art at Cardiff Met in September need 2 flatmates. We've found a house, it's getting refurbished over the summer, it'll be £68 a week with bills on top, and we just need 2 people who are committed so we can put a deposit down asap! We have two rooms going in a four bed house in cathays. It's lovely. Send me a message if you are still not sorted and you can come and have a look.
