Exeter Accommodation - Fresher!

Sorry guys I know there are LOADS of threads going around but I want it more specific to my needs LOL

I am not quiet but I am introverted which means I like my me time. Dont be mistaken, I do like to socialise and make friends, the worst thing is to be a total loner and have the terrible time of your life at uni!
I don't drink and I don't party - but I am up for fun and making friends - based on these factors and where I am studying I have chosen 3 residences:

Birks Grange Village - Studio
Nash Grove - En Suite
Northfields - En Suite

Can you give me your opinions on the above accommodation in terms of store convenience distance from streatham campus and the night life and what sort of people live there? If it helps im going to be studying accounting and finance. will i get put with people who are doing the same course as me?
