Phase Transformation of Iron-Carbon Alloy

Anyone can explain to me, what happen if, fine pearlite, heated below its eutectoid temperature approximately 700 degree celcius, and keep it for 20 hours. Is that possible to form new micro structure and how about its mechanical properties?
