Biology question [meiosis]

Hey guys,
I can't find the answer to a question on a past paper anywhere.

Sperms are produced by meiosis. Give two ways in which difference in sperms are a result of meiosis?

I'm presuming that its down to one of the phases?

Two point question

Appreciate the help.

Thanks,
If its difference in the sperm cells, then, I guess it's due to Crossing over and independent assortment of chromosomes? Those are usually the stock answers for genetic variation questions.

Daughter cells in meiosis are genetically different haploid gametes. I assume its because the pairs of chromosomes exchange pieces of DNA with one another, which results in variation.
