How many calories should I consume per day?

Hey, I've put on half a stone during exam season and am looking to shift one stone over the next month if that is at all possible. I am female and currently weigh 147 lbs and am 5 ft 3. I will be going to the gym three- four times a week, each time burning 500-600 cals. I just wondered what I should cut my calorie intake down to... I've done a calculator online & it suggested roughly 1300-1500 cals per day, does this sound accurate or is this too little? Thanks

Just eat what you like... I would say around 2500... If you lie down all day you lose approx 1400

Cut 1500 kcal
Bul 5000 kcal
A good place to start is a total daily energy expenditure calculator such as in iifym.com

Have a read of the FAQ, it has all of the necessary info  http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=3014757

Have you lost your mind?

(I'm assuming you misspelled bulk" here)
It's more about WHAT calories you eat :u:
Try and eat about 1,800 of healthy food... Or less if it's fatty and sweet
And eat a large breakfast, large lunch, and small dinner - that way food itsnt sitting in your stomach overnight ^-^
