Nothing too hard, circle question was hard, and why was that pythagoras question with the rectangle worth so many marks lol.

I feel I got the A* but it also seemed to easy, idk

Also what did you get for the question which I think you had to use the cosine rule for and how did you do it-don't think I did well on this one.

I think I got around 59°, can't remember exactly but you used the area of a triangle first and then you can used the inverse sine rule.

I got around 59.8 which I rounded to 60 is that correct ^ ?

Yes i guess so if the answer didn't specifically ask for certain decimal places. Even if it did, you'd still get 5/6 for getting the right answer.

It didn't btw, most degree question want it to 1 integer

For the circle question with trig - I got 37.2cm for perimeter.

Yeah I got that too I think, took me a while to realise it was trig though.

Was it just me but 2)d) I didn't really understand the question.
It was like calculate the % of a flight being late

The chance of it being on time was 92% so the chance of it being late was 8%. I think it was as easy as that really.

That's over 30000, the said A flight
Reply 32
I did 2400/30000 = 0.08%

It would still be 8% though I think

Anyway 1 mark who cares

The calculation you did was correct but 0.08 as a decimal converts into 8%

What answer did you get for the triangle + sine rule question.

I'm pretty sure I got 59 degrees as well, but I seemed to have used a completely different method to everyone else so I don't know if I'll get the marks for it.

There's probably loads of ways to do it so as long as you get the correct answer, they won't/can't mark you down for not doing the same as everybody else.

Thanks. This makes me feel a lot better. I was really starting to doubt myself.

Do you remember what questions were opposite the sine graph page
