Volumes 24dm^3 calculations stuff
I am stressing so much about this exam.... I think electrolysis, contact process and ethanol are big things that could come up? Anything else?
Probably no more organic chemistry will come up though moles may well come up again

Molar volumes, probably bond energies, I really do hope titrations calcs come up again easy marks :>

Do you have the CGP book? and the contact process, electrolysis in aqueous solutions (and in brine). Anything thats paper 1 or 2 can come up tbh you'll have to see when you get to the exam :wink:

I found it really hard but my friend thought it was easy. I reckon I lost loads of marks on that paper. I really need to make up for it on this one. I'm stressing because there's so much to revise and all for the sake of7 questions! It's ridiculous! Can anyone remember what was on paper 1 so that we can narrow it down?

Ionic and covalent
Electrolysis
Periodic table (and group 1 and 7)
Reactivity series
Test for ions
Ethanol
Solubility
Energetic so
Rates
Chemistry in industry
Polymers
Contact process

So basically, a lot hasn't come up! I would say that the topics that will almost definitely come up are electrolysis, rates, tests of ions and industrial manufacture of chemicals as those are big, key topics that often come up so I'm focussing on them

Damn guys... you see for titrartion calc answers do you have to write in standard form or could you write it like e.g 6x10 of -3?
I'de really advise you guys to do some past papers from years before it really helped me with my paper 1, and should do with paper 2 as well :smile:
