Advanced Higher English Dissertation help

for my dissertation my teacher suggested I paired Harper Lee's To Kill a Mocking Bird and The Help by Kathryn Stockett and base it around racism. I've always wanted to read To Kill a Mockingbird and am passionate about equal rights so i don't think i'd hate writing it. i just don't know what question i'd use to base my piece around or how i'd approach it. suggestions would be greatly appreciated :smile:
