Can you fail an A Level with an A at AS?

bricking my econ exam and need some reassurance :s-smilie:
assuming you got the minimum of 240/600 last year and a B is 420/600, you only need 180/300 this year to get a B, which is good right?

its out of 400, and an E is 160/400

this means im on an E without doing the exams which means i wont fail right?

It is worrying when someone studying economics at A level needs reassurance about the basics of primary school arithmetic.

That's hardly relevant, is it? Anyone studying any subject at A level should be capable of simple arithmetic.

exam stress. thats all i can say.
Simply, you can't fail. If you get 0 marks on both of your exams this year then you'll still get an E overall.
