KPMG Placement locations query

I'm interested in applying for an accountancy school leaver scheme with one of the big 4. I was looking at KPMG and they offer the degree at Durham or Birmingham. Out of the two I would choose Durham. However when applying, there is also a location you have to select. Is this the location for the office you will be working at?
Because they are places like Ipswich and Leeds but I was hoping they had placements in their London offices. Right now I have a screenshot of the 2015 Intakes so I thought maybe there was no places for the London offices anymore. So my question is, do KPMG offer placements at their London offices generally?

If they don't, do you know any other placements that offer a degree aswell as london work placement?

If there aren't any london placements, then I guess I would go for the Ipswich or Southampton ones.
