OCR F295 - People in organisations (17th June 2015)

I went down the route of explaining that Bob's points for dismissal were unfair and fair but overall George shouldn't dismiss Jessica straight away but give her extra training and set performance targets to meet and if she doesn't meet them then dismiss her

She's already been dismissed tho

Yeah I know so it's probably wrong, I will get to see the mark scheme tomorrow and will be able see what they wanted

I think most people got different things for the maths question :P I don't think it would be over 100% though, they can't be late more time than they go to work :P
