Greggs holiday days help?

Hi,
So I've just started working at Greggs as a weekend team member and I handed in my holiday dates to my shop manager. I requested from the 25th June to 16th July, so 21 days in total but only 6 days if only counting the weekends.

My manager told me that I would be taking my whole 21 days on this holiday but how is that possible when I am only contracted for weekends. Shouldn't I have 15 holiday days left?

I work at Greggs on weekends

You only gets four days holiday

Yet one day = a whole week off due to the way the contract is

So if I wanted a Saturday off I'd have to take the Sunday before that Saturday to that Saturday off and I would count at one of my weeks/ days holiday

Essentially you get 4 weeks off but have to take them together can't have 8 half weeks of you understand what I'm trying to say?
