Confused with the IDA for PSYA4, specifically Schizophrenia

Hi, I'm revising for my PSYA4 exam on Tuesday and was wondering about IDA. I've looked through all of the Schizophrenia part of the text book and cannot find any IDA, does that mean it is not needed?! I was just wondering because in the PSYA3 essays of 24 marks you do need it to score highly on AO2?

Also does this apply with media?
