Will I be able to get my predicted grades?

Hi, I'm currently in Year 10 and I've gotten my mock exams results back and I'm starting to doubt the likelihood of me achieving some my predicted grades in Year 11. I'm only really concerned about Biology, Italian and English as those are my weaker subjects statistically. I'm just worried that i can't push myself anymore and is another year enough time? Thanks.

Mock Exam Results:
Statistics: A* overall
English Language: A
English Literature: B
Geography: A* Overall
Biology: B
Chemistry: A*
Physics: A*
Italian: C overall

Predicted Grades:
Statistics: A*
English Language: A
English Literature: A
Geography: A*
Biology: A*
Chemistry: A*
Physics: A*
Italian: A
I don't think it really matters as your current grades are way above average already..
