Paypal help please?!

Hi Guys,

I've just set up my website and i'm using paypal to take payments. some of the products i sell are downloadable, and some need posting.

Is there anyway i can tell paypal to sort these? i just made a test purchase for a downloadable product and I had a few emails saying the seller would update delivery information. I don't really want to have to go in manually and change them once the order has been placed? and i dont want customers to get confused.

Any help would be great. im using woocommerce

Alright, this is possible.

If I were you, I'd set up a "Buy Now" button for each of your services. This means that you can create a rule for every product that you offer.

Here's how to edit a Buy Now button:

1.

Log in to your PayPal account.

2.

Click Profile near the top of the page.

3.

Under My Profile, click My selling tools.

4.

Click Update beside PayPal buttons.

5.

Select the button you want to edit, and then click Edit from the Action menu.

6.

Make your changes to the button, and then click Recreate.

7.

Click Select Code to select the button code.

8.

Copy and paste the button code in to your own web page code.

hi, thanks for your reply.

I'm not sure i have explained myself well enough.Is there just away i can turn off paypal updating the customer with delivery information and all that crap?

Yes, I think there is.

Do you have a Business (Merchants) account, or a personal one?
