It was 1200 not 1230 as the minimum distance was 39 not 41 miles :smile:


wasnt this the costs?...

you had to subtract 6, add 8 and then multiply the new length by the cost i think i got 1230

You had to print 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, and then print 12. I'm guessing the algorithm was for finding the sum of the first N terms of the Fibonacci sequence.

This is what I drew too. If you move one of the triangles, it turns into the bow-tie shape that most people have drawn, so it should be right.
