Study Abroad Student tips?

I'm finishing my degree at Aberystwyth (from Ottawa, Canada) and was wondering is freshers(frosh) week for the whole student population or just first years like in Canada?

Also, any recommendations on any special thing to pack?

Freshers is for everyone! There are many international students starting their third year as their first here so you certainly won't be alone. (We have a lot of Malaysian students who do third year Law here) Trust me, even returning students love freshers for the discounts.
