Oxford Brookes Msc Physiotherapy

Hi, I accepted a conditional offer at Oxford Brookes for Msc Physiotherapy back at the end of April. I filled out the paperwork for DBS and health checks right away.
I still have not heard anything from Oxford Brookes, so I phoned admissions who said they were waiting on the NHS. I then contacted the NHS who said they sent them on ages ago.I phoned admissions again and they would not confirm if they have received the paperwork.
Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed from here?
Is anyone else waiting like this?

I was just wondering if you could remember any timescales from the point you applied for the Physiotherapy MSc? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
