LCC - Can you swap rooms??

Hi I'm studying Graphic and Media Design at LCC and I'm going into Brooke Hall.

I got into Brooke Hall which was my 5th choice and they gave me a large studio room. I'm £3,500 short of being able to afford it. I paid the deposit because I was worried I wouldn't get into halls the 2nd time and I heard you can swap contracts.

Is that possible? I had a friend who done this last year but was he a one off?

I'm really really worried that i'm going to be stuck in these halls with no money at all for travel ect.

Can anyone offer some advise? this is not my first post and I've not had many replies
