Parents can't support my application.

Hi, my parents logged into their accounts today to provide student finance their financial details for my 2nd year application. When they log in, they click on the link to support my application, then it tells them to search for the student. They type in my surname, DoB and relationship to me and it just keeps coming back with "No matches found".

What I have left to do on my application is to print, sign and send off my declaration form.

Do I have to do that first before they can fill in their financial details?

Thank you for any advice, P.S. I'd rather avoid phoning them up if possible.

I'm so confused myself. First time I have ever tried to do it online, and it won't let me create an account for my mum, even though she has never done it before
