I'm so close to being through the week, it pains me to admit how depressed I get after working just 3 days in a row Desperately trying to leave but I'm rubbish at making CV's so not sure anywhere else convenient enough would hire me
That's not really very many, there are a couple of other classes it might be an idea to try. I would say it's probably worth bringing up what you've said here with your doctor. I don't see why they'd be dismissive of the tinnitus, it can be very unpleasant. I'm also worried about it being permanent and plan on mentioning it to my psychiatrist tomorrow.
Hope you have gone on well with your psychiatrist, and mentioning of the tinnitus?
I actually phoned NHS 111 today and even though there's no pain or discharge, they actually said to contact GP within 24 hours as could be a side effect. I could phone our surgery tomorrow morning from 8am, but it's not really an emergency and I have an appt with GP next Wednesday anyway. Although bit alarming NHS 111 advising to contact them within 24 hours haha.
I think with the dismissive thing, I read on the internet a few people who went to their GP and were just told "you have to live with it" or "just get on with it, there's nothing we can do" kind of thing. And others have said some GPs aren't even aware that it can be a side effect

Yeah she basically just told me that it shouldn't be something to worry about and unless it's really really annoying she doesn't want me to risk me getting unstable from stopping meds. Which I guess makes sense.
NHS111 are probably trying to cover their backs in case it was something serious. Up to you when you call but don't stop the sertraline without first talking to your doctor.
Well had my assessment she kept asking me random questions like if I could make a cup of tea, if I had Facebook, if I watched soaps etc. It was stressful but I'm glad its over with! Does anyone have any tips for dealing with panic attacks?
cant give too many details on here but GP triggered me out of my mind and everything is a complete mess
Know the feeling, got to remember they are only human... Although I know that doesn't help when they make slip ups. Some of them really are kinda unforgivable. Hope you're okay
it needs two attempts to boot up, first time it just does nothing, second time it works fine
had to call out a repair man to sort it after windows 10 made it stop loading up altogether, they fixed that but even they can't figure out the boot up issue!

You could try asking on TSR?
How'd you like windows 10? I'm still running 7 which I way prefer to 8 (which was absolutely dreadful imo), trying to decide whether to upgrade.

maybe haha, this guy has been working on computers for like 30+ years & is a windows tester and all sorts though so I doubt many of them will know more than him!
don't have it, my PC had to revert back to ****ty 8.1 cause I can't restart properly which you need to for the install of 10!
seriously considering getting a Solid State Drive & a copy of Windows 7 though tbh
and i'm not taking the antipsychotics any more because they are making me even huger and i'm not seeing my CPN until Sunday and don't know whether to tell her about this. I don't want my mum to find out.
Hiiii... not been here for ages. Needed time to process and get used to stuff and even now I am still not but a bit better. Hope you guys have been getting on OK. <3

What the... I have this image in my head of a woman just reeling off questions and not waiting for answers hmm so what was the implication with asking whether you have facebook?
Just try not to fight them. Notice them and let them pass. Once they're over get a nice hot drink or something or do something that's calming... Don't over stimulate yourself but don't drop everything and do nothing either. But during the panic attack don't try and start tasks (not that most people can anyway... But it is tempting to try and distract yourself).
