Can I get into Queen Mary's with my grades

Hello Guys!
I am a Bangladeshi Guy, currently doing my Undergraduate foundation programme in London Foundation Campus, And I have already got a conditional offer from Queen Mary's for Business Managment Undergraduate Programme for Sept 2015 start. They have offered me AAB, since i started the course in Jan and it finishes in August and AAB is my predicted Grade so basically they have given me my Predicted grade as my Offer.
I have 3 subjects in my current programme, Business Studies, Marketing & Pure Maths.
I am hopeful that I will Get A in Business and A In Marketing. However I think I might get a C in Maths since I don't have any maths background in Pure maths prior to this. So I was wondering if they would actually accept me if I were to get AAC /ABC. And also I have got 7.5 in IELTS.

I'd advise you to directly call the admission office and ask them, they can be quite helpful. Don't be afraid to ask the uni directly
